As I completed my second workout (sweeping the tarmac as you can see in the picture – BTW, in case you are wondering, those are not my horses but my neighbour’s 😊) of the day yesterday after work, it occurred to me that this topic deserves an article. For 45 minutes, I vigorously swept the tarmac, completing the task in half the time it would normally take while engaging my entire upper body, lungs, and heart.

There have been days in which I have cycled over 50K just by doing that.
